After its successful presentation in The Mission Gallery of the State Institute for Culture at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the exhibition of artworks created during the International Youth Art Festival organised by NEF ‘13 Centuries of Bulgaria’ can now be viewed in the Prof. Vasil Gerov Hall.
Graphics and photographs from the fourth edition of the ‘River of Tolerance’ International Youth Art Festival are neatly located in the exhibition area of the ‘13 Centuries of Bulgaria’ National Endowment Fund.
Connoisseurs have an opportunity to view the works of visual arts lecturers and students from higher educational institutions in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, and Serbia, produced during the cultural event held online for the first time in 2021.
The ‘River of Tolerance’ project, organised under the auspices of UNESCO, brings together young, creative people from different ethnicities and religions. Artists from Balkan countries get to know each other, learn from each other and from their renowned lecturers, and to create together. For its latest edition, the art festival gathered participants from four Balkan countries, although not, as tradition would have it, at the Sarafs’ House in Samokov, but rather via a Zoom meeting.
But this did not prevent established and emerging artists from exchanging their creative energies and constructive ideas.
If you call in to 1, Prof. Vasil Gerov Sq., you will see the results with your own eyes.
