On June 3, 2016, in the ethnographic complex “Hadji-Danchovi Houses” foundation “Public Donor Fund Sliven”, together with community centers of Sliven Municipality, organizes a culinary competition “Ancient dishes of Sliven”. Its purpose is to discover and preserve for generations authentic recipes from the Sliven region. Five teams from the community centers are involved in the culinary show. A three-member jury with representatives of the Foundation and the Municipality announced the winners.
