On the occasion of the day of the national leaders, 1 November, in “Sarafska House” of NEF “13 Centuries Bulgaria” the municipal Council and the municipality of Samokov awarded deserving actors in the field of science, culture, education, art and city’s merits. The distinctions are for contribution to the preservation of traditions, as well as to the development of culture in the region.
