On 26 November 2015 in “Sarafska House”, Samokov, a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the regional television “Canal Rila” was held. Silvia Stoycheva – of the municipal council in Samokov, handed the Golden Honorary sign to the media. “Rila Canal” reflects the events on the territory of Samokov Municipality and offers more than 80 programs, with various thematic programs and news feeds.
