On 6 October 2023, a creative workshop for dyeing fabrics with natural pigments was held at the Hadji Dancho’s Houses Ethnographic Complex, the regional centre of the ‘13 Centuries Bulgaria’ National Endowment Fund in Sliven.
The book, ‘Crayons from Plants’, with recipes for preparing dyes of natural origin, was presented at the event.
The initiative was implemented by the Kraynitsa Foundation in partnership with the Sliven Community Donation Fund and community centres in the region. It was financed by the National Culture Fund.
