In 2019, National Endowment Fund “13 centuries Bulgaria” supported the sixth edition of the International Competition for Vocal and Instrumental Music “The Sound of Time” of “Elite” Association, Veliko Tarnovo.

It was attended by 100 singers and instrumentalists from Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Ireland, Poland, Russia and Romania.

The competition is included in the cultural calendar of the Ministry of Culture and is under the patronage of the mayor of Veliko Turnovo Municipality.
