The National Endowment Fund “13 Centuries Bulgaria” supported the twenty-sixth edition of the International Easter Festival in Bosilegrad, which took place from 25 to 30 April 2019.

Among the significant ones in the program are the open photo exhibitions – for the Episcopal Basilica and Roman mosaic heritage of Philippopolis, organized by the Foundation “America for Bulgaria” and “Bessarabia – a fountain of beauty and patriotism”, organized by the company for relations with the Bessarabian and the Taurian Bulgarians “Rodoljubets”, in the Cultural Home of the city. Within the framework of the festival, a festive concert was delivered by “Sinfonietta Sofia” with conductor Svilen Simeonov and the special participation of Theodosij Spassov.

There were children from Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia, Republic of Romania, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Greece. For the first time this year, children from Hungary, Albania and Cyprus took part.

The Fund has assisted the festival for the last 10 years.
