In April 2026, NEF ‘13 Centuries of Bulgaria’ made a donation of works to the Municipality of Vidin: graphics and photographs produced during the 4th ‘River of Tolerance’ International Youth Art Festival, organised by the Fund and successfully held, in 2021, at its regional centre in Samokov.
The gift comprised over 30 works whose creators were students from Romania, Greece, Serbia and Bulgaria.
The festival, arranged by NEF ‘13 Centuries of Bulgaria’, was not only a platform for creating art, but also an occasion for its participants to visit remarkable historical sites in the region.
