National Endowment Fund “13 Centuries Bulgaria”, EC “Hadji-Danchovi Houses”, Sliven, and “Public Donors’ Fund – Sliven” organized the Folklore Festival “Golden Sliven” for the fifth time. On 6 October, the complex welcomed the participants in the event – folklore and theatrical formations at various community centers in the region. This year’s edition included and a few contests: presentation of authentic folk costume; preparation of the most delicious dish on a recipe from the region of Sliven and the competition “The most skillful hands”.

The event is implemented with the support of “Workshop for Civic Initiatives” Foundation and the financial assistance of “Charles Stewart Mott” Foundation.
